Sit back and listen to a talk on the history of tea and tea drinking in nineteenth-century Ulster while you  enjoy a specially prepared afternoon tea in the elegant Rockport house.

Be transported back in time as you discover how  much tea was imported into Belfast, what types of  tea were purchased, how much tea cost to buy and be surprised at who was fond of a cup of tea. Sampling of the different teas mentioned will form part of the proceedings.
